Letter to the readers!

Well, another crappy year in the books, thanks to Covid...once again.

We did manage to still have some of the rides and rallies, even though the big ones were deemed, "Super Spreaders", which turned out NOT to be the case, again. They said that last year as well.

There were people lost in 2021, that will surly be missed, and we pray that 2022 doesn't bring more of the same.

Our hope and prayer for ALL of you for 2022 is that your year be filled with Joy, Peace, Prosperity and that we give thanks daily for the many Blessings God bestows on us daily.

Again…... I think there were many lessons to be learned along the way.

The lesson of UNDERSTANDING. Understanding that we are all in the same boat...of life.

The lesson of COMPASSION for others, whether we know them or not.

The lesson of UNITY, that we are better off when we work together regardless of color or status.

The lesson of PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY, that also includes each of us being mindful of surfaces we touch that are also touched by many others and that germs are laid down and picked up that same way, so we should not only think of protecting ourselves but others as well, even after the pandemic is over, because even Colds, Flu & other viruses will be with us even after the pandemic is over.

The lesson of LOVE, to love one another as our brother and sisters.

The lesson of FAITH, that through our faith in God, he will see us through ALL of this.

We are so very grateful to all of our readers and advertisers, grateful to all of you who shared your stories with us and hope that we all enjoy more adventures to share in this coming New Year.

Once again due to Covid, the rally was on then off then back on again. But in the end the powers that be in Panama City Beach, Florida decided to go ahead with the Fall Rally much to the excitement of the rally goers who’ve been waiting to get out and ride and get back to some kind of normalcy.

On Saturday, October the 16th, the Veterans Brotherhood was once again, the host of the Zoo Run Raffle/Booze Raffle benefiting Children's of Alabama, it was also the birthday of Brotherhood member, Ross Jones, who's girlfriend, Nikki cooked Chili to feed everyone. Alabama was plying on the big screen, which meant that the house was a buzz with excitement and activities.

Last year, there was no Vintage Festival due to Covid, this year the Festival is on and in the days leading up to it, wouldn't you know, it's raining up a storm around here, so it would be just a little damp around the edges as people came in to set up in the Swap Meet area. But by Friday, the sun was shinning bright in the sky sending down a rainbow as if to put its stamp of approval on the weekend.
