February 2006 Newsletter

Well, it's the middle of February, and here in the Midwest we've been spoiled by some record-breaking unseasonably warm weather. Spring is only a month away, and although Mother Nature has been kind enough to extend our riding season a few more weeks this winter, things may be starting to change. As I sit here writing this newsletter I catch a glimpse of an occasional snowflake drifting past the window. Old Man Winter may have only a short time left, but it looks as if he may not be giving up quite so easily.

Another sign that spring is just around the corner is the increasing number of ride, rally & event submissions you are sending us. It seems that many of you are planning way ahead this year to get your charity rides and events published, so we’re posting them as quickly as possible to help get the word out!

And speaking of warmer weather! Do you live in Florida or are you ready to give up the cold weather and head south? Are you a motorcycle mechanic and would like to own your own Harley-Davidson repair shop in Volusia County on Central Florida’s East Coast? If so, give Keith Lehmann at American Business and Commercial Brokerage, Inc. a call at (407) 260-1222 or e-mail him at klabc@earthlink.net

Upcoming Events

St. Louis, Missouri
The Wide Open Bike Show at the Wentzville Expo Center just minutes west of St. Louis, Missouri.

Also, make sure to check out what else is going on in the Kansas City area and in your neck of the woods!

As you know, we rely on you to let us know what rides, rallies and events are going on in your area, so please make sure to Submit a Rally or Event so we can share this information with your fellow bikers.
