Reader's Photo Contest - January 2006

Written by  December 31, 2005

Starting with our January 2006 issue, you will notice several new additions to our magazine, one of which is a monthly contest to encourage reader participation. Some contests may be photo contests; some may be writing contests, while others may be something totally off the wall.

To start off our reader contest for January 2006, we ask you to submit your favorite winter motorcycle photograph. Only one photo can be submitted, and your photograph must include a motorcycle and some type of winter theme. This could be anything from you riding your bike through a snow drift in your underwear to throwing on a Santa hat and decorating yourself, your bike and a palm tree in Christmas lights. The more creative you are, the better chance you have of winning!

Submit your entries to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in .JPG or .GIF format and please ensure your photos are no larger than 640 pixels wide. Also, feel free to include a caption to go along with your photo.

Please include your full name, mailing address, and phone number with area code so we can contact you and know where to ship your prizes.

You have from now until midnight on Sunday, January 22 to submit your photograph, and once all photos have been received the Cycle Connections staff will vote and the winner announced in our February 2006 issue.

The winning photographer will receive a Cycle Connections prize pack, which includes a Cycle Connections T-shirt and Koozie as well as a very cool hoodie provided by Jack Miller American Thunder V-Twin.

OK—you have your assignment. Be creative and good luck!
