The discussion panel topics will address marketing questions and will be moderated by Women Riders Now founding Editor Genevieve Schmitt. Panelists include Sarah Schilke, national marketing manager with BMW Motorrad, Misti Graham, the chief marketing officer of Windy City Motorcycle Company, the largest Harley-Davidson dealership group in the U.S., Amanda Rusin, an attorney with Polaris Industries, maker of Indian Motorcycle and Slingshot brands, Kim Knupp, the national events manager for Yamaha, and Tricia Szulewski, creative director and staff writer at American Iron Magazine and assistant editor at Women Riders Now.
The first discussion is “What’s Working, What’s Not?” and will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017. The second discussion, “What Women Want” is slated for Saturday, April 29, 2017.
Riding course workshops and seminars will be headed by Champion motorcycle racer Shelina Moreda, Brittany Morrow who is a motorcycle crash survivor and founder of Rock the Gear safety initiative. Her “How Not to Skin Yourself Alive" seminar will focus on the benefits of safe riding gear. Krystal Hess, a pediatric nurse, and founder of Motorcycle Missions and Jen Dalton, will talk about the benefits of joining a women’s motorcycling club.
