Our September 2006 cover model is Misty from Independence, Missouri. She is currently a homemaker and model, however, her dream job, along with continuing her modeling career is to work at the Harley-Davidson Plant in Kansas City. In her spare time, Misty enjoys working out, playing volleyball, drinking cold beer and of course—shopping!

When asked what turns her on, she said “I like guy with long hair, and I love guitars, rock-n-roll, motorcycles (especially Harleys) and old cars. Misty also admits she’s a sucker for shoes. Misty describers her personality as humorous and laid-back.

When asked about motorcycles, Misty said her first bike was a tricycle; however, she would some day like to own a black Harley-Davidson chopper with ape hangers with the “mud flap girl” painted on her bike in silver. Misty says “That would look sharp and would be the perfect female bike…for me, anyway!”

When asked about her most memorable motorcycling experience, she said “I have only ridden a handful of times, but they were all memorable to me. When I ride I feel alive and free!”

When asked about tattoos, Misty said “I have one tattoo of a tribal rose on my left breast.” Misty also told us this year’s Bikers for Babies® Ride will be her first motorcycle event and said “I am so glad to be part of such a good cause. I have a big heart for babies and little kids. I will be donating my money to help support them.” At the end of our photo shoot Misty also said she would be donating her modeling fee to Bikers for Babies®. What a girl!

Therefore, if you’re at the Kansas Speedway on Sunday, September 10 for the 12th Annual March of Dimes Bikers for Babies® Ride, make sure to drop by the Cycle Connections booth to say hi to Misty and to have your photo taken with her, which will be published in our October 2006 issue!
