2nd Annual Adrenaline Extreme Combat Fight for Kids - Kansas City, Missouri

On July 14th several forces joined together for a second time to sponsor one of the largest motorcycle-related events in the Kansas City area. Chad Osborne of Adrenaline Extreme Combat, Kim and Cheryl Suter of KC Creations, and Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.) Kansas City, Missouri Chapter teamed up to raise money and support for children who are victims of child abuse.
The ride left KC Creations on a beautiful Saturday morning and ended up in Westport for the festival and cage fights that night. Stops along the way included Gail's Harley-Davidson in Grandview, The Other Place in Olathe, Frankie D’s in Kansas City, Kansas, up to Liberty, Missouri, and ended in Westport for a festival of biker-related activities and venders. The evening wrapped up with the Adrenaline Extreme Combat cage fights. Oh, what a day…and night!
The specific mission of B.A.C.A. is detailed below, but this writer’s heartstrings were seriously tugged by the testimonials of B.A.C.A. members as they spoke of the efforts of that organization. This is truly a worthy organization ready to lend physical and emotional support with the intent of creating a safer environment for abused children, to empower them at home and in court, and to make sure they know they are NOT alone. 'No child should live in fear,' is their motto and they live up to it. As well, all members of B.A.C.A. were very gracious and thanked all who participated in the ride several times over.
BACA Mission Statement:
Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children. We exist as a body of Bikers to empower children to not feel afraid of the world in which they live. We stand ready to lend support to our wounded friends by involving them with an established, united organization. We work in conjunction with local and state officials who are already in place to protect children. We desire to send a clear message to all involved with the abused child that this child is part of our organization, and that we are prepared to lend our physical and emotional support to them by affiliation, and our physical presence. We stand at the ready to shield these children from further abuse. We do not condone the use of violence or physical force in any manner, however, if circumstances arise such that we are the only obstacle preventing a child from further abuse, we stand ready to be that obstacle.
