Steve Coin and I have been riding together for a couple of years now. He is not new to motorcycles and has a great attitude toward all bikers; old school and new. I have been waiting for some time now to do a photo shoot with Steve and his bike for the Readers and Their Rides section of our magazine.
CC: Steve, what is your occupation?
Steve: I'm a clerk at Quik Trip in Blue Springs, Missouri.
CC: Do you have any hobbies other than motorcycling?
Steve: Yes, I also enjoy hunting and fishing.
CC: How long have you been riding?
Steve: I've been riding about five years.
CC: What do you like most about your Sportster?
Steve: It fits my height and was affordable.
CC: What is your dream bike?
Steve: A Harley-Davidson Fat Boy.
CC: What is your most memorable riding experience?
Steve: I would have to say it was the first time I took by bike out by myself and rode for about three hours. I fell in love with riding after that.
CC: What is your least memorable riding experience?
Steve: When I went for a ride with a friend and he crashed his bike in front of me.
CC: What motorcycle rallies & events have you attended, and which is your favorite?
Steve: I really haven’t been to any as of yet, but I want to go to as many as I can when they come up.
CC: Do you have a favorite bike night hangout?
Steve: I have not been to any bike nights but I want to go this summer.
CC: Do you prefer riding in a group or by yourself?
Steve: I enjoy riding in a group because you can go out with friends and enjoy the day and not just ride by yourself. You can also stop off for a beer after you ride.
CC:Just for fun, which of your riding buddies is the best rider, and why?
Steve:David Miller; because he's for real.
